Use of our services
2.1. This website provides information about our engineered timber construction, design, supply and construction services, the “iDomus Wood Only Envelope” system, ready-designed houses, and charred and thermally modified timber products.
2.2. Website information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a final commercial offer, project-specific structural design or professional advice. Technical specifications, suitability, scope and compliance requirements must be confirmed for each project.
2.3. You must use this website lawfully, respect the rights of others and avoid disrupting its operation. You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or misuse enquiry forms.
2.4. Timber is a natural material. Colour, grain and appearance may vary, and photographs or samples are illustrative. Product specifications and any agreed tolerances will be confirmed in the relevant quotation or order documentation.
Enquiries and quotations
3.1. When submitting an enquiry, please provide accurate information and ensure you are authorised to share any project documents, drawings or other materials. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
3.2. Prices, lead times, delivery arrangements and project scope are agreed individually, taking account of specifications, quantities, site conditions and other relevant requirements.
3.3. An enquiry alone does not create an order or construction contract. A final agreement is formed only when the parties confirm the applicable terms through the relevant quotation, order confirmation or written contract.
3.4. Product purchases through our online shop are subject to the applicable checkout and order terms. These website terms do not replace agreed supply or construction contracts or affect statutory consumer rights.
Responsibility and liability
4.1. We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but technical errors, omissions or temporary interruptions may occur. Website availability is not guaranteed.
4.2. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit and for obtaining appropriate project-specific advice before relying on general website content.
4.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, iDomus is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or third-party websites and services. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
4.4. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or removes any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Intellectual property
5.1. Website text, images, graphics, designs and other content belong to iDomus or are used under a licence or other lawful permission.
5.2. You may view the website for personal or internal business reference. Copying, distributing, altering or commercially using website content requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
5.3. Drawings, designs and technical documents supplied for a project are subject to the intellectual property and permitted-use terms agreed for that project.
Final provisions
6.1. We may update these website terms. The current version will be published on this page. Changes do not automatically alter an existing order or signed contract.
6.2. These website terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to consumers.
6.3. For questions about the website, these terms or our services, email info@idomus.ie or call +353 87 970 5600.
